1992: Worked in Bass Box record shop in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. Owned by the rave promotion company RainDance

1993: Moved to New York and promoted parties such as Drum, Caffeine and Motion. DJ'd numerous parties and events.

1995: Returned to London and started the booking agency Morpheus Productions, representing DJs such as Frankie Bones, Adam X, James Christian, That Kid Chris and other New York DJs

1998: As the agency's roster increased Morpheus Productions the label was started to release tracks from the artists on the roster. First release featured DJ Hyperactive, DJ Funk, Robert Armani, Ben Sims and Morpheus Productions (Oliver Way & Jason Carter).
Later that same year Oliver started up the label Urban Substance Records with JDP, Dublin. First release was Claude Young & Oliver Way.

2001: Oliver joined partnership with Jonas Stone (formally of Phuture Trax) to start ePM (Electronic publicity Management), a bookings, management and promotions company. The roster of artists represented included U.R, Octave One, Freddy Fresh, Miss Kittin & The Hacker, Oxia, DJ Godfather, Detroit Grand Pubahs, Dynamix II, Phuture 303, Bandulu and labels such as Gigolo, Transmat, Rephlex, PIAS, Music Man, Tresor, Rotation, Axis and so the list goes on.

Oliver was executive producer for Phuture 303 'Survivals Our Mission' LP, Damon Wild 'Colortheory' LP

2002: ePM continues to expand with European office being opened up by Oliver in Holland.
Asked by Sony to compile an electro compilation “This Is Not The 80s” for their INCredible series. Release in June ‘02.

Oliver splits with JDP on Urban Substance Records to continue the label on his own. July ’02 saw the release of DJ Godfathers ‘Ghetto Tech Detroit’ mix CD. Oliver was Executive Producer for this project.

December ’02 saw the release new mixes of 'Circus Bells' by Robert Armani himself.
Restarts the experimental / electro label Electric Music Foundation with previous owner Freddy Fresh.

2003: Opens up ePM office in Holland taking on artists such as Alexander Robotnick, Marco Passarani, DJ Bone and Robert Hood.
Starts ePM nights at The Zoo in Hasselt, Belgium to concentrate on providing parties for people with good music and not just a DJs profile, concentrating on creating a good atmosphere. Guests at presents are as diverse as Detroit Grand Pubahs, Freddy Fresh, K. Alexi Shelby, and DJ Godfather with Mr. Way as resident.
Hosts electro room for Pro-Jektz (Be)

2004: Sees Oliver joining the Detroit Grand Pubahs and taking on the pseudonym The Mysterious Mr. O, touring Europe throughout Spring promoting the release of Pubahs forthcoming PokerFlat Recordings album “Galactic Ass Creatures From Uranus”.
Oliver takes on the role of Label Manager.
Takes on management for Robert Hood (M-Plant)
Continues with ePM parties at The Zoo in Belgium with first party of 2004 with Alexander Robotnick & Marco Passarani
Releases new Urban Substance Records release by DJ Godfather ‘Who Shake The Best’.
Starts up a new side of business with ePM Online carrying out digital distribuution. Quickly grows to become the leading online distributor for electronic dance music.

2005:Starts off the year organising a benefit event for the Pater Schlooz Stitching charity (Asia) with Detroit's infamous Underground Resistance, hosting the first ever European performances of Galaxy 2 Galaxy & Los Hermanos (live).
Mad Mike asks Oliver to become the European U.R booking agent.
Oliver starts up the Detroit Grand Pubahs label Det.Ele.Funk (Detroit Electro Funk) with Paris The Black Fu. First release scheduled for late September or early October titled “Assistance From An Unknown Source” & “Plasticene Gene” (taken from the “Funk All Y’All” album on Zomba / Jive Electro.

2007: Joins Dutch event organisation Electronation to help start up their events in Maastricht at Bonnefanten Museum owned venue Ipanema. The first year sees the likes of Billy Nasty, Dr Lectroluv, Detroit Grand Pubahs, Alexander Robotnick, Marco Passarani, Francisco, Freddy Fresh & DJ Godfather visit alongside Oliver as resident.
He commences the new Detroit Grand Pubahs album with Paris The Black FU.
Starts the EPM digital label after striking a sponsership deal with Serato Scratch Live. The debut release being the first ever completely digital mix CD mixed by DJ Godfather

2008: Finalises the new Detroit Grand Pubahs album “Nuttin Butt Funk” for release in September and organises Robert Hood’s mix CD for Fabric (039).
Adds Karl Bartos (Kraftwerk) to EPM's booking roster with the first EPM booking headlining BLOC weekender in Hemsby, England.
Releases the 2nd EPM labels mix series with Poland’s techno maestro Echoplex. This is the first DJ mix ever released by Echoplex.

2009: Announces the return of Future Sound Of London for live show performances with their first show in 12 years at BLOC Weekernder. FSOL jon EPM for bookings.

Detroit Grand Pubahs play at MIDEM, Cannes.

Commences new Pubahs album as Techmarine Bottomfeeders (with Paris the Black FU & Emric di Paulo)
