Modeselektor unveil Monkeytown for October release
Berlin techno wizards Modeselektor are returning in full force to their club-oriented roots with Monkeytown, their new album and first in over four years, set for release this October on their very own Monkeytown Records. Monkeytown shows Modeselektor’s Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary focusing on what they do best – producing hard hitting, intelligent club music that steps forward in sound and structure and still completely bombs the dancefloor.
Monkeytown features collaborations with a slew of special guests, including Thom Yorke on two songs, Busdriver, PVT, Anti Pop Consortium, and Miss Platnum. More details on the album to be announced in the coming weeks!
Modeselektor play SW4 Festival, London on 28 August. More tour dates and details to follow.
