Terrence Dixon / M.R.E.U.X
Blumoog Music presents their new release featuring one of the most important Detroit producers, Terrence Dixon. Terrence Dixon is currently building his music and events platform, Minimal Detroit and has recently released for the likes of Tresor and Out-ER with a new solo album, as well as being featured by Resident Advisor in a rare interview.
The ‘Space Station EP’ is a double header as Terrence’s tracks are backed by Blumoog’s own M.R.E.U.X. Italian veteran, M.R.E.U.X began DJing back in the ‘80s from the early days of synth music, through the acid house era and beyond. His production output has seen him release on labels including Muzak, Spock, Pin Up, Ambitious and his own label, Badlab Records before launching his Blumoog Music imprint in 2016.
Terrence Dixon delivers two tracks of electronic innovation in his own unique style with the metallic minimalism of ‘Resonator’ and the dark and driving ‘Space Vision’. Meanwhile M.R.E.U.X’s two tracks are composed of rare and experimental sounds using analog machines with the deep ‘Black Hole’ and pulsating ‘Shabò’.
Welcome to the electronic music masters, welcome to the Blumoog Music World.
